My husband and I are not trying for a baby right now, but I do have PCOS and about 7 months ago I removed my birth control implant and had no desire to get back on birth control. Since then, my periods have been far more manageable than any other time in my life, more consistent, lighter flow (I still have heavy days, but not the changing my pad/tampon/cup every hour heavy), and so much shorter (3 to 5 days vs 7 to 10 prior to birth control 10ish years ago). But I've had terrible PMS, cramping for several days, terrible mood swings before and after, so many cravings, and acne!I started using this product at the beginning of 2022. I was aware of this brand and this product and I had tried the capsules before, but I forget to take pills all the time. I thought, I drink coffee most days, let's try the powder. By itself, it's sweet, almost like Splenda, but it doesn't add a lot of noticeable sweetness to my coffee, which was something I was worried about. My coffee still tastes great and I feel like I'm helping myself when I add it!In the two-ish months I've been using this I've noticed a difference in my periods. The first month was not as noticeable, but February was different. First, it was right on time. I'd average between 28 to (an extreme) 45 days between cycles. So I was surprised when it showed up on time, exactly four weeks from my last cycle. Second, I had no noticeable PMS. I didn't have terrible cramps the day before or the first days of my period. Now, I did have some very slight cramping the first day, but it was so much more bearable than anything in the past. I slapped my little heating pad shark plush on my belly, and felt better. Third, my mood was stable before and after, other than a small little cry, but that might have just been because I was stressed (lol who told me graduate school was a good idea, I want my money back). I didn't feel completely drained of energy while I was bleeding, and was able to function like a normal human. The length of my cycle hasn't changed much, I'm still averaging about 4 days of bleeding. My flow is about the same as before. Light to medium the first day, with the second day being the heaviest, and the rest being about medium. One thing I've seen is that I am passing a few more clots than I had in the past. Nothing as big and disturbing as I had pre-birth control, but still something that was different than my pre-supplement cycle.Overall, I absolutely love this product and the way it has made me feel. I'm not trying to get pregnant now, but I feel it will be beneficial when my husband and I decide it's time to expand our family.

I am an insulin resistant girly so this was amazing for me. It doesn't effect the fish oil,multi vitamin and coq 10. I take two scoops in the morning and evening, not before bed it keeps me up all night but might be different for you. Do not miss a dose you will miss you period that next month. Dissolves quick and no smell nor taste. Started my period aft a week of use again might be different for you.

I took my first scoop today. Literally, by the end of the night I realized I didn’t take a nap all day. I usually take long naps and have sweet cravings. I usually eat something sweet 2x a day. But today, I was super productive with no cravings at all.Never in my life did I have the energy to study SQL, Power BI, and Excel for 3 hours straight, AND do weekend cleaning, AND cook my lunch & dinner until today. Before this, I didn’t even have the mental capacity to do my own job at work😭💀, let alone cook and clean in the same day.Buy the product!😭 That’s all I gotta say for just using this on Day 1😂♥️. I do have PCOS and look forward to see what it does for my irregular cycles and facial hair, clearly it’s already tackling my insulin resistance. I love it already♥️

Check in with your doctor before anything! That being said, this is my second time purchasing inositol, I will say I am not as consistent taking it daily because I simply forget sometimes, but I had skipped periods a few times this year, It took maybe 2 weeks taking Inositol to get my period back, and this is the 3rd mo my period is on time and regular. This last period involved the obvious pms but I was amazed there was no cramps, no energy crash, and no pain at all! My cortisol levels have gone down and I feel less bloated. I will say, after researching the right dose and serving size I found that FOR ME the optimum dose would be to double the serving size, it worked for me but PLEASE CHECK IN WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE ATTEMPTING. All in all, it takes a good stir to dissolve, but I will keep coming back for this product!!

I tried with capsules before but when I found out this powered option, I decided to tried out and I am a complete fan. It dissolves super great in water. I had not have side effects and you get value for money with this size. I've felt so much better and it is overall a great supplement.
