My breastfed baby would go days without pooping and when he finally pooped he would cry every time and it would be so hard but after giving him this medicine just once a day for maybe 2-3 days he’s already improved 100% he’s pooping normal again and multiple times a day sometimes ! If you’re like me looking for something to work immediately this isn’t it. This is something to give overtime to help stabilize bowel movements. I have tried it with my baby and unfortunately I was too impatient to keep trying because I purchased it after the fact that my baby wasn’t pooping, so I was already a few days late. I didn’t want to keep giving it to him and waiting because it would’ve taken too long. Because it’s not actually good for babies to go more than a week without pooping. I didn’t know what to do so I tried to grate some apples and squeeze the juice and only gave him 2.5 ml with a syringe. For reference my baby is 15 weeks old and 13 lbs. I recommend talking to your pediatrician before taking anyones advice, but this just what worked for me. I wanted to use it to see if it would work but unfortunately the shelf life is very short (about 3 weeks) so I had to toss it. Overall didn’t work for me personally, but every parent has different circumstances and various things to consider.
