Great replacement filter option!
I purchased this filter a year after purchasing a different generic one, and this one works WAY better. This is much closer to the original one that came with my air purifier. I am relieved to have found a reasonably priced alternative to the original!

1/4 inch too small. Otherwise Ok
Good price and decent quality with a frame, but there is a ~ 0.25" gap all around for FP-A80UW. Tape it all around; it'll work all right.

This prefilter fits into my Sharp air pirifier .. could use a bit more carbon in it but it's ok for the price. Would buy again.

Better living through carbon
I'm pretty sure the amount of carbon in these things is insufficient to do a whole lot but the danged air purifier doesn't work very well without it so I keep buying them. After about three months, it'll be so loaded up with hair and lint that you'll need to replace it with another one that is also not doing much except keeping that junk out of your much more expensive filter, so just shut up and keep buying them.It's like a treadmill you can never get off of but get a load of that sweet smelling air!
