I've always liked these vitamins, but the new enhanced formula is even better! The taste is great. With the new formula, only 3 gummies are required rather than 4, but I wish it was still 4 because they taste so good! Also, though negligible, there are now slightly fewer calories, carbs, and sugar in the new formula.One of the main reasons I chose these is that they contain folate rather than folic acid. Folate is the naturally occurring form while folic acid is synthetic and requires conversion in the body. Some people have difficulty metabolizing folic acid efficiently, so I preferred pure folate to ensure my body could absorb it properly.Yes, these vitamins are on the pricier side, but I believe they’re worth it -- and setting up Subscribe & Save cuts the cost some! A great choice for a prenatal gummy vitamin.

Out of other prenatal gummies these so far have been my favorite. I’ve tried Olly, they’re so gross, and get worse the closer you get to finishing the container. These have good flavors and textures. The only thing I don’t like about them is the serving size, 4 gummies is a lot for me lol. I think of these like medicine rather than a snack so I want to just chew it and be on my way but having to have 4 for the serving is a lot. 🥴

I had initially bought One-a-Day brand prenatals, and they smelled and tasted SO BADLY like fish and other nasty things that I spit them out and threw up. So I took a chance on these and I'm so glad I did!! These have a palatable taste and texture if you're really struggling to take your prenatals with morning sickness. They do still taste slightly medicinal of course, but they're actually pretty good tasting and I've been able to keep them down.

So happy with these! I tried so many different kinds. Perrelel smelled and tasted awful. Others were too sweet. All made me nauseous. But these are perfect!! Slightly sour, delicious citrus flavor. So glad I found some that I can enjoy. Instead of dreading taking every day. Good vitamin content as well.
