Love this very well designed ball. Easier to catch and hold onto than some medicine balls. Larger than those sold in retail stores. Definitely a must for those who do Cross Fit workouts like my husband.

This ball fall apart less then a year old. The closure at a seam just broke loose.

So I received this product almost a month after ordering, it took forever on shipping. I returned it after I order an 8lb and they sent me a 20lb. I never received anything back. I never got my money back and I'm still arguing with the company. While these products are amazing ( we had these at our gym but I wanted one for home use.) don't bother with buying online. :(

I'm getting up there in the years with the waistline muffin-top. I watched a few internet video workout routines using medicine balls and a sand-filled duffle bag. Yeah! That looks like something I could do. Besides, the hot-body doing the workout was all the inspiration I needed. My first impression of the 12 lb RAGE was "dang, this thing is heavy". I lugged that over-sized chunk of battleship steel to the basement. I ended up rolling it the last few feet into the "work-out" room. Sweating and spent, I pulled myself into a chair. I propped my feet onto the RAGE while I caught my breath and begged my wife to bring me oxygen and water. Two weeks later the RAGE has retained it's shape in it's new role as a foot stool. The thick covering offers good grip and should hold up to years of use while I watch work-out videos. I would definitely buy again!
