Ive used this grinder on about 3 or 4 pounds of coffee so i feel ive tested it out quite a bit.I got this for camping and traveling mainly but also wanted something I could use at home. I read some reviews and it didn't seem to take them that long. Maybe my grinder doesn't work well but it takes me about 20 minutes to grind up enough for a pot.Also I read a review where a person just watches tv while they grind it. Well I cant hear any of the actors lines when I do that.I guess the old saying that you get what you pay for is true in this case, next time i'll spend more and get a higher quality grinder that works more efficiently and quickly.

just got this grinder after looking at the reviews for a few. Did not automatic with blades is what I learned so I got this one. Took forever to get to the right grind for my french press which i am also new at. Then when I finally got it right to a course grind I decided to see how to clean it since I used half bag of beans to finally get it right. Once I saw how to clean it when you screw it back you start over. Ugg! It screws to a fine grind so spent another 30 minutes to get the right grind again. If you have the time this is not a bad grinder for a manual. Not as easy as people say for sure. Hope it last and works well after i get going with grinding everyday?????

This is my 2nd purchase of the hand grinder type. It costs me a tad kore than I wanted to spend. But then I compared it to my previous purchase. So I gave it a try and I’m glad I did. Just the fee of it when I first got it out of the box told me I made the right choice.

This grinder does a great job. Grounds are pretty even, and once you've got everything dialed in you can get an excellent cup of drip coffee out of it (I haven't tried it for other brew methods). I took it camping recently and it did its job perfectly. Grinding can be a fair amount of work if you're making several cups at a time, but no more so than other hand grinders. The product also feels like it'll last a while.

Works great. The course grind is awesome. It will also grind very fine or anywhere in between. Nice and compact and great for backpacking.

I love this coffee grinder! It allows me the freshest coffee for my situation and uses no electricity! On a cruising sailboat, that is very helpful.

Easy to use, sturdy product

The ground coffee is consistant and easily adjustable. I love it.
