The is a nice looking product. But when I added a minimal amount of weight to it, it sagged and bent down. It was very east to bend back up. But that's not the point. It should be able to hold the weight of a couple of towels without sagging down. It's says it's stainless steel. But only one the outside. The inside is very a very week metal. Would never buy this product again. Unfortunate. Had to return for a refunt and look for a stronger product.

This did not hold up well for towels and we returned it. The design of this doesn’t make sense. The bar is too long so it’s not properly supported and does not feel tight (wiggled after a couple used once installed). I was sure my kids would rip it out of the wall if we kept it so we took our chances and switched for the hook style and love it so much better.

This is a solid piece. Looks more expensive than the price. Matches the Delta TP holder and larger towel bar I bought, but I didn't like the small hand towel in that line. I'm super please with the purchase out of the package. Haven't installed it yet. Waiting on our painters.

This piece is beautiful - it seems well built, and the finish is very nice.It just does not stay in place. After a while it became loose, and even with tightening the little screw on the bottom, it wouldn't stay tight. It started rubbing the paint around it because it is loose, so now the wall looks horrible.

Looks fabulous in my bathroom, easy to install, very sturdy and well constructed. I have been using it for a month, and it still works great. Love the matte black and the contemporary design. Very satisfied with this purchase.

The horizontal bars droop and the only way to level them is to take them off the wall and retighten BUT they continue to sag. We loved the look but would love to get rid of all the towel bars and tp holder

Beautiful piece. I bought the toilet paper holder, hand towel holder, double towel holder and door hook. All are very sturdy, heavy, and look really nice in my bathroom. They were a lot cheaper than buying in the local stores.

Its a cheap quick fix but not a strong durable product suitsble for a family. Easy to fit but it is now droopy after a familys normall use.

It’s been a month and the holder is already bent. Expected it to last longer.
