Wonderful mattress at an affordable price.
We have tried quite a few mattresses in the last couple years. We tried Layla, Nectar, a no-name one, and now this one. This mattress sleeps just a well as the other name brand ones, but is a fraction of the price.I was going to return it as I started to not sleep very well on it, but it turns out my box springs had seen better days. After replacing the supports under the mattress we have slept much better. No longer returning it!Another bonus, there was no off-gassing when we originally took it out of the plastic to expand. Very pleased.

Returned within 100 days due to too soft
This mattress was too soft for our liking. It is a medium/Firm rating, but more on the MED side, in our opinion. The set up was easy. It took 12 hours to fully "fluff" and had no smell. I wish it was a firmer mattress and we would have loved it. For the price, it is a good deal if you are needing a softer side of the "firm" mattresses. The covering on the mattress was very nice. The bed did not sleep HOT like many do. The sides seemed pretty solid, and I was really happy with the quality of the item.To return within the 100 days, I had to write Amazon email HELP to let them know we wanted a refund and return. Amazon sent UPS driver to pick up the mattress, and did not advise them it was a king size unboxed item, so they could not take it. Amazon then had to call Pilot transportation company to pick it up. They just got here, ONE man, who dragged the mattress down my stairs, across the cement and across the driveway. It WAS a white and pristine mattress prior to being picked up. I hope Amazon is aware of the way the items are being picked up with Pilot. I will update this post if any problems with getting my refund.

Best. Mattress. Ever!
Hubby and I agree that this is by far the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on. It puffed up in just a couple of hours. No weird chemical smells. It was just PERFECT straight out of the box. The pocket coils make it firm, but the memory foam top layer hugs your body just right and keeps you cool all night. I've had a few mattresses in my lifetime, even Sealys, but none even come close to the comfort and great price of this Coolvie. We've had it for almost 2 weeks now and I'm not disappointed. Getting one for both our kids very soon.

The medium plushy nature is not going to help if you rotate a lot during your sleep.
The mattress is super soft. However due to its plushy feature, the body takes a shape on the mattress when you sleep. This makes hard to rotate in between the sleeping period. Eventually the sleep breaks and feels like not getting a full night sleep.
