This mount was a perfect fit for my kick drum mic.

Using as internal drum mount
I have a 2022 Tama Imperialstar kit and this works as an internal mount from drum mics. The only thing is you need longer screws. I also purchased here on Amazon. The original screws are m4x12mm so I purchased m4x16mm. Also, for the xlr cable I am using xlr to rca female through the drum port hole, then rca male to xlr inside the drum.

Pretty secure, don't use washer.
These are pretty decent mounts. The screws are good but the included nylon washer interferes with the stability of the bar. It just continued to spin with the washer installed so I removed it and it is stable and secure as I intended. These are pretty sturdy and will hold quite a bit of weight. I suppose your chosen angle or use of this mount and mic clip or shock mount will determine how well this works but for my basic use these are very good and stable. I've come across this brand many times and they seem to make hardware that is better suited to photo/video use. Generally not the most solid builders to be honest but these mounts I'm pleased with and will be using them for microphones/audio use.
