I was skeptical at first, but this pill crusher works great! Easy to use, and even my 7-year-old can crush his meds with supervision.

I love that they added a longer thread length so that means you'll have to screw it down more before you even make contact with whatever pills you're trying to crush. The great news is that this won't strip off the grooves that push the crusher down so you get a longer lasting crusher. It cleans super easy,. doesn't have any pieces coming off of it after a while. It never gets stuck on anything like some other ones do. It's just an all around really well made grinder/crusher. I only buy these and you should to! It can also crush your methcoke really easy too LOL!

It crushes pills, but is difficult to make them into a very fine powder. It is sturdy and well built, but the threads gum up quickly and need to be washed about every other use.

Nice item, but if you are old or have arthritis, it's a little tuff to turn to crush your pills. It does work, but not for me.

I’m an RN. This pill crusher is a cheaper knockoff of what we use in the medical industry. It’s missing a key component which significantly alters its effectiveness. The red flat plastic part that comes in contact with the pills is supposed to have tiny grinders, like little teeth, that safely and quickly grinds any pill with ease. This part is missing on this knockoff version, making the grinding mechanism less effective and more time consuming. It’s a poor design if you know what to look for.

Best pill crusher! I purchased one from Walmart and another from walgreens and would not crush pills because the bottles were round and it wouldn't crush pills. This one is flat so when you put the pill in the bottom part and crush the pills it works great!
