Girlfriend loves it
Girlfriend was looking for something to use to remove some unwanted hair. She has been using razors mostly and wanted to try a wax method. Overall, she really enjoys it and the scent is pretty nice. If shes happy, must be a good product.

Good Heater
It heated the wax nicely and didn't take too long to melt it. I didn't like the included wax too much I didn't feel like it was able to grab all the hair on the area being waxed.
