Pretty Good Alternative to Maple Syrup
I have been looking for a good alternative to maple syrup to be mindful of sugar. I personally try and avoid any ones with erythritol and allulose gives me an upset stomach. This was one of the few i found that avoided both!Overall, I'm not necessarily looking for a 0 calorie, but rather reduced calories, and I think this is a great option that as well.In terms of the product overall; it has the best consistency of the maple syrup alternatives (some others are almost gelatinous, but I can't speak to the allulose varieties). The taste is not very strong on the maple side, and I'd say its less sweet then maple syrup, but I prefer that, as I have a small sweet tooth.Id say if your looking for something that packs as strong of a punch as maple syrup, this may not be it. But its a good sugar-free alternative for those looking to cut down on sugar and calories who are fine with alittle less sweetness. I'll def buy again!

Horrible taste!
This product is absolutely disgusting. It tastes like sweet vinegar and chemicals. I was always curious but it is completely a waste of money and I'm sure it rots you from the inside out. This makes Walden farms taste like nectar of the gods. I will never buy this product again but found a great honey substitute elsewhere. Please go back and revise this formula and stop bribing the FDA to be able to sell this and pass it off as food!

reminds me of BBQ sauce. Sweet w/ Heat (non building)
Not just for "vegans", but also for those keeping track of calories and sugars. Tastes like BBQ sauce to me. I rather like it. Upfront taste is sweet and honey like. Middle range has the tang of vinegar as it slides into finish line of heat from red pepper. All together is like a BBQ sauce flavor.I was concerned that it would have a pronounced "stevia" taste, but it doesn't. It actually has a honey taste and mouth feel. Sweet with heat.I like the bite of heat. Not hot, more like a tickle on the tongue. Doesn't build, simmers down quickly. But it's there. Like a spicy, slightly smokey and sweet BBQ flavor. If you wanted to go the distance, just add it into some tomato sauce or paste, and you are well on way to a BBQ sauce. I'm going to use this as a "honey" glaze on chicken. (I'm not vegan or vegetarian, I simply eat everything that tastes good). It would be mad good on chicken wings. I havent thought much beyond the hot sauce/BBQ sauce vibe about it, but i imagine there are some clever uses for it. Nothing about it makes me want to put it on pancakes. If it were just a hot syrup, maybe, but the addition of vinegar pushed it into hot sauce/BBQ sauce flavor profile territory.Viscosity is more like a "bear" clover honey, or agave syrup, or any syrup.4 stars for having more of a BBQ sauce flavor5 stars for having more of a BBQ sauce flavor, lol.

Perfect Sweetener
So far I've only used this to add to Greek yogurt, but it's perfect! It's a great way to cut out those extra sugars and calories that come from honey...especially when you're eating it almost every day. It has the same consistency as honey and even after refrigerating, it's easily poured. I can also see it being used for tea, smoothies, on pancakes, with peanut butter toast or sandwiches, cooking with it for chicken, sausage and/or vegetables, or even as a replacement for sugar when baking. There are lots of possibilities with this one!

Not bad
Ok, you know this already, but I'll say it anyway. It's not honey, so don't expect the flavor and texture to be the same as with honey. It's thinner, and to my taste, it is not similar to honey, either. It has a bit of a strange aftertaste when tried plain. But for what it is, it's not bad. I used it to make muffins, and while they didn't brown quite like they do with honey, they were good.As an ingredient where the flavor of honey isn't key to the dish, it's a pretty good product. I haven't decided if I like it enough to repurchase, but I'll have no problem finding uses for what I have on hand.

Floral with a nice mouthfeel
This is a very acceptable honey substitute. It's sweet but not cloying with floral notes with slight ginger ale undertones. I can't quite put my finger on the taste - that's the best I can do. I would buy this again.

Chemical taste
I don’t usually mind stevia but this has such a chemical aftertaste and is wayyy sweeter than honey, there’s heat with no flavor. So bummed.
