I have been taking this supplement on-and-off since 2009. It was initially a suggestion from my therapist as I use to have explosions of anger and was constantly stressed out. I remember back then I had a roommate and she said she separated me as "before and after GABA", because it REALLY calmed me down. Actually, I don't think the word "calmed" is the best to describe it, but it definitely prevented me from getting so angry and so upset with small things. I was just more laid-back. It was the first time in my life people actually noticed improvements on my behavior. I was taking two pills in the morning and two at night. I did this for one year religiously every day, and it changed my life.
