I mean… good grease
Tons of high quality grease for the size. Easy to dispense. Not the best cap as it comes off if too tight, which is still ok. I mean… it is grease, good all round.

Good Stuff
Gets the job done. Might be able to find a cheaper alternative, but works great for bottom brackets and the like.The design of the tip makes it pretty easy when working with some of the more difficult to get to bottom brackets .Overall, definitely worth it for the park tool quality

How to squeeze out difficult grease
No complaints about the product itself, but insanely difficult to squeeze from the tube even with a large hole. Here is how you can overcome that: fold the tube in half and squeeze it like a clamp, still hard but half the effort.

Been through at least 70 tubs of this stuff in my time as a bike mechanic
I have used this grease on bike hubs and bottom brackets for 30 years! I think it super to most other greases for bikes out there. It is pretty waterproof and does not break down easily -- good essentials in nike grease.
