My husband been using Sporttape for just over a week. He is an experienced runner and long standing user of kinesiology tape to provide support to his knee while running.In total he has now made 5 applications of Sporttape. Despite following your instructions, including meticulous skin preparation, the results have been extremely disappointing and in no way match your claims. On each run the tape has begun to peel after approximately 20 minutes of running and after 30 minutes has peeled completely. He has tried it both straight from the roll and using pre-tape adhesive spray but results have been the same.It has not performed as well as his preferred brand of tape 3NS Tex or other brands he has tried costing significantly less - approximately £6.00 per roll. While, in his experience, other brands he has used all eventually peel depending on weather conditions, he can usually expect an application to stay in place for runs of up to 90 minutes.Based on his experience he could not, in any circumstances, provide a positive review of your product when significantly cheaper brands have out performed it. Although well packaged and with good, clear instructions, the product itself has performed extremely poorly. On that basis one star would be a fair assessment.

My husband has a shoulder injury so sent for this tape for support . I applied the tape on Friday night but early on Sunday morning his skin started itching and after removing the tape he had a blister on the front of his shoulder and the skin under the tape was raised and red . I have used this type of tape before and never had a problem .

So, this is not a cheap tape and it comes hyped with lots of pictures of sports stars and their variously taped body parts. However, it lives up to all of it. Three sore and sorry weeks ago I dislocated my AC joint playing hockey - full AC3. I ordered the tape to strap my shoulder and reduce rotation in order to reduce pain and improve healing. The tape has done an amazing job. The flexibility and stretch of the tape allows me full functionality of the shoulder and prevents a lot of the rotation caused by the tendon damage (which to put it mildly, stings a bit). This supports the joint and allows it to heal while at the same time giving me comfortable movement. The tape easily lasts two days per application and would probably last longer except that I change it when it gets itchy. It's comfortable to wear and stretches with my natural movement but keeps presure on the joint. It may not be cheap but it works and when I run low, I will order again.

Just make sure you read the instructions! First 3cms don’t stretch, then the middle bit stretch a little and finally the last 3cms don’t stretch, just pat down onto your skin.I had suffered a tendon strain on a delicate part of my body, due to bedroom yoga activities and too much bending. This tape has really helped me and both my wife and I hope that it will fix this delicate tendon

Chose this product for the fact it states it is hypoallergenic as I have sensitive skin. Used this product once before and although the adhesive doesn't stick very well never had an issue like this before. Recently used it again and ended with a rash across my wrist and up my arm and when I took the tape off I had a blister which has now scarred on the side of my wrist. Someone needs to Quality check the hypoallergenic side of this product. Will never buy again!!

Someone suggested I try K tape as I’m struggling with my feet. I think it’s plantar fasciitis and I’ve tried everything. The first time I used it, it felt tricky. I wasn’t sure if I’d stretched it too much or too little. The following morning I got out of bed with no pain so I was very happy! Since then, I am getting some pain when I first start walking. I had a rest from it yesterday and by teatime I was struggling to walk so the tape it s going back on today

Bought for my grandson who plays a lot of football, this is the second time he has asked me to order thisTape , this time for an archilles heel tendon strain. He finds that it secures well to the skin with no irritation and really helps to support his muscles and tendons throughout the day while he heals.He also uses it during exercise when he has no injury for extra support.Highly recommend this tape for sportspeople - thank you!

Excellent quality KT tape. I use a lot of this as my joints are unstable and frequently dislocate. This one is nice and stong, holds well and keeps joints nicely in place. Glue does not aggravate my skin and doesn't hurt too much to remove. Doesn't seem to peel as much at the edges unlike some cheaper alternatives. Love the range of colours and designs as well. Excellent item, will definitely repurchase.
