Deuter Speed Lite 20 Alpine Backpack

I wanted to buy a rucksack that wasn't to large or too small for activities like hiking and skiing.When I was researching for a rucksack the brand that kept popping up was Deuter.This is perfect!Inside it has loads of space, with a separate compartment for a camelbak. There is also a small compartment at the top which is secure for things like wallets and phones and even has a small clip inside to keep it even more secure.The straps on the outside can be loosened to move to the outside of the bag and I believe they can carry a pair of skis or even a snowboard!I have used it when I was skiing and it was very secure with a discreet hip strap and shoulder strap.It fits very well to your back and is comfortable. When I was skiing it did crash several times and the bag held up brilliantly.There is even a loop to fit ski poles or an ice pick!The outside of the bag has a compartment for things like water bottles and skins. There are also 4 small loops that can been seen on the front of the bag that I believe can be used to fit helmet webbing for climbing.Overall this is a great bag that can be used for anything.

Excellent bag, very lightweight and decent amount of storage.I keep a change of clothes and trainers in it for running home after work and i'm able to fit a mid-szed book and a 7"x4"x3" tupperware tub in it as well.

I have tried this rucksack today, Excellent for a one-day hiking, Very convenient design of side mesh pockets, lightweight, air flow very good! Good service and Good price here in Amazon UK!

Holds an amazing amount for such a light pack, a tardis of back packs. Comfortable too though the waist strap is not shape/padded

We use it as light day bag around the city or for hiking. Can stuff quite a bit into this 20l bag. Good quality. Adjustable: take it in turns to carry between adults & children. The bag itself can squash up to stuff inside a bag for going on holidays.

It is good and I really like it. I will give five stars and a more detailed review if I still like it after it has been used for 1--2 years.

Narrow fit, great colour and very comfortable

Thought the bag was going to be too small when I first opened the package but it expands nicely to fit in just what I needed. Very comfortable and looks good.
