ReefMen's Leather Smoothy Flip-Flop

Excellent shoe! One who has a large leg. Not suitable! I wanted my son, not suitable for him. Moved to me.

too small and narrow, size up!

Flipflops are not exactly the height of fashion, but these leather ones really lift the bar. This is my second pair. My first pair had lasted really well and had developed a beautiful leather patina, however our dog decided she liked them too, and chewed through the leather, hence the purchase of a second pair. Interestingly, although both pairs appear to be identical in design, and I purchased the same size each time (UK size 13), the first pair was slighlty too large and this second pair is smaller than the first. Being leather, I am expecting the straps to stretch sufficiently so that they will be comfortable, so it is not too much of an issue.

On my second pair of these flip flops. I was happy that they were still avail for purchase. Very good looking flip flops. And very comfortable. My previous pair lasted years with light use.

I have had a number of these specific flip flops over the years. They are both comfortable and good for all sorts of occasions and activities. My only criticism is that a few years back they used to have brushed leather (or suede type) insoles which made them less slippery and allowed your foot to mould the shape over time. This later version with a smooth insole aren't as easy to 'break in'. However, I would still thoroughly recommend them.

Not as comfy as other Reef's I've had in the past. Sanuk's might be better.

I've had several pairs of these and will keep on buying them as long as they make them! They generally last me 2 summers. Note they are marked in US sizes. The fit is correct but snug by flip-flop standards. If they feel slightly tight, don't worry, the toe strap loosens up after a few hours use. Personally I like that they are the size of my foot, as many men's flip-flops and sandals have a lot of excess sticking out and are a tripping hazard!I have never had reason to question the authenticity but I've always bought from reputable suppliers. The main features of the genuine article are a real rubber sole, which is non-marking and very hard wearing, and a real leather footbed, which has the advantage of not making annoying squeaking noises when damp.If you are not used to wearing flip-flops and go for a long walk in them you will soon be in agony - but that's true of all of them. Wear them around the house first and start slow!

Its not as tough or look and feel as it would be hard wearing as clarks footwear ,but will do.
