This is a good and durable investment to avoid looking for the collar stays that came with shirts. And, metal holds up far better than plastic. There are 4 different sizes but only 2 compartments in the case. They would be easier to keep organized if there were 4 compartments, one for each size. If there were, I'd give this a 5.

I like how they keep my shirt collar nice and ridged. The multiple sizes are a plus!

Great product but a suggestion…To prevent the stays from falling out, consider roughing up their surface during manufacturing so they cling to the fabric. When first receiving a new batch, I’ll give them a light grind and/or sanding on each side so they’re able to catch the fabric and stay put. The stays can be a bit slick when brand new, causing them to slip out during an active day.

I am not quite sure why they give you so many, but the various sizes helps fit the right collar. They do the job that they are meant to do and they fit.
