I was very skeptic about a natural anti anxiety medication. Iv only had it a couple days and I am really excited about using this product. I felt calm all day, I wasn't sure about it however im not a super anxious person, and then all my nervous stomach pains and over thinking wasn't happening and i was completely calm. The serving size in the description is 2 caplets, but the bottle that arrived states 3 capsules. I only purchased this item because I wanted to take LESS pills, not more! Very frustrating. Will be ordering another bottle with a smaller serving size.
