The mattress arrived in great condition. I was surprised at how small the box was, there's no way that a mattress can fit inside of it. Installation was very easy, simply roll the mattress out over your bed and open the vacuum sealed bag. Within seconds the mattress will expand.I decided to order this mattress as my 15 year old mattress was very uncomfortable. After trying memory foam mattress I deicide against buying one as they weren't supporting enough.I purchased this mattress as it looked quite firm and supportive thanks to the included firm springs. However even though it is very firm It is still very comfortable thanks to the thick layer of memory foam on top.The build quality of the mattress is great, it feels very well built and the materials feel very comfortable. The mattress is quite a bit thicker than other mattresses so some fitted sheets may not fit. However the mattress is more comfortable without the use of fitted sheets.Overall I am definitely happy with this purchase and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for something more supportive than a memory foam mattress.

I bought this mattress for a bed in my spare room, and so far, so good - my house guest who stays over weekly tells me it's very comfortable. This mattress is quite springy, I would say a medium on the soft/hard scale. Good amount of padding over the springs as well, can't feel the individual springs at all when lying down on it. I was surprised to see the mattress arrive rolled up - pretty ingenious packaging, just take care when opening, as it springs open quite forcefully! I didn't even notice it came with a 10 year guarantee until it arrived, so that's an additional bonus :)

Good quality comfy mattress. Good value for the money. Came rolled up in box which was easier to get upstairs. Be careful when opening as it springs out with some force! Was completely expanded and ready to use after 24 hours.

I ordered this mattress for my son’s room. I was surprised when I received it as it was compressed and placed in a box (the box was really heavy though!) Me and my husband unpacked it according to the manual and left it for a few hours. Before we got this mattress my husband was already complaining about back pain and he thinks it’s because of our bed so he decided to sleep in our son’s bed (this mattress!) to check if it’s really our bed causing his back pain. The next day he said he really slept like a baby and back pain was not as much as before. And it was only for a night. Now he wants us to order king size for our room!

I bought this single mattress for my little boy, it has a really good quality, gentle comfort underpinned by a well-balanced layer of support, great choice!

this mattress was ok for the first year and a half now giving me back pain and has sunk n the middle and given me back pain. Thought it would last longer than this.

It's so comfy, the mattress is very thick and high and really soft and bouncy. Best purchase for a mattress that I've made. And fits perfectly onto a single bed, would definitely recommend if you want a high, comfortable single mattress :)
