Installed fairly easily and came with the 4 screws
Installed fairly easily and came with the 4 screws. Only slight drawback is that the bottom isn't curved to go with the body of the guitar, though that may be the way it's supposed to be and my old cracked one was curved over time

Confused Listing
Title says black. Picture shows Creme. Product description says Creme. I figured two out of three and bet wrong. This item is black (just so no one makes the same mistake I did).

Gibson Gear Pickup Mounting Rings
These were for the rear pickups on my LP. Changing out parts with some new ones. Gibson Gear is the only way to go. Just watch out for those springs on your screws when replacing these babies, they like to fly across the room.

Does what it's supposed to
Used this when I changed the pickup on my son's SG junior, gives it a cleaner look. It's just a piece of plastic, but does the trick.
