First things first, I have no experience of other products to compare this to, so this is a "first timers" review. i.e. I don't know if there are better ones, or how this stacks up against alternatives!However, that being said, I was pretty impressed.First, its super easy to make up - 1 tsp dissolved in hot water; it couldn't be easier or quicker to do, and it melts into the water really well considering how thick the concentrate is after its refrigerated (think caramel!).The smell is weird; it sort of smells like UHT milk; not unpleasant but not exactly appetising.The taste - I was expecting from some of the reviews for this to taste like the smell of a tannery, or something equally repulsive - but actually it doesn't really taste of anything much at all. Its basically mildly salty, vaguely musky/animalic, and with a very, very subtle tang in the back of the throat.Theres no aftertaste to speak of - and I wouldnt go as far as to say it tastes "nice", or even "unpleasant" - its just very bland and kind of "oh is that it?"The texture is for me the biggest mental hurdle; it looks, when made up, like milk, but the mouthfeel is best described as "silky water" - like its neither thick enough or thin enough to feel "right"; the first couple of times drinking it, this coupled with the smell made me gag a bit (I personally hate the smell of milk!) - but you definitely get used to it though.Ultimately though Im taking it for health benefits, so the taste/ sensory aspects are very much unimportant points: and while I cant speak to anyone elses experience, drinking one cup a day I found that within just 4 days I felt more mentally awake, less lethargic and, for want of a better term - "peppy". Also I have been having issues with wind and frequent bowel movements - both of which have completely normalised! I havent changed anything else in my diet or lifestyle, so while this certainly could be psychosomatic, its the ONLY thing that Ive been doing differently.So yup - Im going to continue using it and see if it produces any other benefits, or if the things I THINK its done continue. I did wonder about making it more enjoyable, like I can see it being a great base for mushroom soup, or maybe with a little gravy added to give it more of an actual flavour - but quite honestly its fine as it is. Not delicious, not particularly enjoyable to drink - but certainly not revolting or unpleasant to drink either.

My mother used to make beef bone broth and l can assure you that it had a nice taste and smell to it and it was not a light caramel in colour, it was a deep rich brown. If there is no taste or smell how do you know you are getting what you paid for!

I love this product only thing I would say is that when it came through the post I was quite surprised how small it was. I love to add a spoonful of this to a Bolognese sauce or other things like soups to get my collagen it lasts for long time and doesn’t taste of much but add the nutrients required. Would definitely buy again. Really easy to use. Just add a spoonful to whatever you’re making. I’ve even added it to a mug of hot water for a refreshing drink.

On opening the container was only two thirds full, I will not get 25 servings unless I use an egg cup!Just discovered other reviews that point this out.I will not buy this product again.

I was quite surprised by the flavour after reading some of the previous reviews, I found this tasted quite nice actually. Maybe others have different expectations but remember, it is bone broth after all, not a meat broth. I found it quite palatable, a little bland as expected from boiled bones but this allows room for the addition of herbs, spices of your choice.This product was delivered free from Amazon straight to my door, and ready to use. Yes, you are definitely paying a premium price for convenience but it’s certainly is a darn site more convenient than sourcing the beef bones, slow cooking for 48 hours, draining and transferring to storage containers which is such a faff!The bone broth arrived well packed in a strong airtight container, this was inside a strong plastic bag providing extra protection against any potential leakage - belt and braces!I sent a query to the company as the container developed a dent during storage. The staff were super quick to respond, polite and helpful. In view of this, I would give them a thumbs up for their after sales service. I will be using again and maybe I’ll try a flavoured variety next time.

I have dietary problems and this one broth has given me vital minerals to help my body stay strong. It’s pleasant tasting and I am always recommending it to friends
